I have come up with a certain number of keys that will allow you, when used synergystically, to avoid stress and anxiety which are...by definition the opposite of serenity.

The master key we'll talk about is tuning up...As a musician i should know about this!

Let's create together a beautiful melody and learn how to do so everyday so that your life becomes a symphony...not a cacophony.

You will be be able to choose the one key or keys that you feel you need most at this present moment and meditate upon  while I play my musical meditation in the moment.
